SpyHunter is an advanced spyware scanner with a huge list of features and tools. It can be set to actively monitor your browser's activity to check if a web page contains spyware.
Registry Guard is a feature, which helps the program to monitor registry changes in real time.

It monitors important areas of the registry for any changes, like browser's start page (or Internet Explorer's home page), other important windows keys, etc, through which spyware can get into your system. But after enabling this one, I felt it quite annoying at times, when a popup window comes up asking you to enable / disable the registry change. As with any software, mainly the antivirus or spyware scanners, a new item in the Windows startup will slow down the Windows launch.

ActiveX Guard, Process Guard, Scheduled scans, etc. are the features that are available in all anti-spyware and are present in this software too. Spyware definitions are available frequently which keeps the software up-to-date, to fight the new emerging threats.

The program may block some important cookies that we actually need. So, we must enable them manually. All the logs are stored within the program, which can be used to change the type of action we already took for a particular event like enabling a spyware, or disabling a registry change, etc.

System file protection, advanced DNS protection, LSP chain protection, etc make this one not just anti-spyware, but also something similar to a small network security system. One advice: don’t enable or change any settings, unless you need it. Because there are a lot of settings and no "Apply" or "OK" button. So, any change will be automatically applied, without confirmation. Although there are not many settings that can cause serious problems.
